A FESTIVAL PHOTOGRAPHER SHOOTING THE EDM CIRCUIT — EDC, BREAKAWAY, DIRT DOG. THE SITE HAS ONE JOB: TURN ORGANIZERS BROWSING PHOTOS INTO BOOKINGS.
THE CHALLENGE
Portfolio archives bury the ask. The old SmugMug sprawl showed everything and sold nothing — the rebuild had to be image-led, fast on festival-grounds connections, and end at a booking form, not a lightbox.
THE OUTCOME
A single page — hero, masonry, contact — with blur-placeholder preloading and a form action straight to his inbox. About 50KB of JavaScript, Lighthouse 95+. Live at trestonphotos.com.
